Gowanda Electronics had its beginnings in the RF signal field in 1963. In response to customer needs, the company expanded its expertise and capabilities to address board-level power applications in the early 1980s. This dual path has created unique skill sets, product offerings and technical expertise in both RF signal and Power applications.
As a customer-focused company, structured to create solutions for unique customer needs, Gowanda has consciously developed significant breadth and depth in its technical team, and simultaneously pursued opportunities for vertical integration. All these strengths and capabilities facilitate product solution development.
Gowanda Electronics' technical team has many years of combined experience in electronic component technologies. That level of experience is unmatched in the inductor marketplace. The company's vertical integration adds value to the product development process by enabling the in-house creation of special raw materials and/or unique process equipment to take designs from concept to reality.

Advances in quality, reliability and repeatability are continuously pursued and validated via ISO, QPL, AS and other certification programs.
