Advancement in Technology Addresses Market Need
Gowanda is known for its high performance inductors which traditionally involve the use of magnetic technology. However, some applications require non-magnetic materials to be used in order to avoid problems in the operation of the device or system. This includes medical applications, such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) equipment, and other systems where the presence of magnetic materials would compromise system performance.
In response to this market need, Gowanda developed non-magnetic inductors which offer the high performance associated with Gowanda’s inductors but without the use of magnetic materials.
All the inductors listed below provide permeability of ≤ .00003 μr.
