Gowanda’s 10M150K Molded Unshielded RF Coils are high-quality electronic components designed for reliable performance in various applications. These coils weigh 0.3 grams and have compact dimensions of 6.35 × 2.413 × 2.413 mm. Part of the 10M series, they feature a through-hole mounting type and are suitable for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications. With an inductance of 0.15 µH and a minimum Q factor of 38, these coils operate at a test frequency of 25 MHz. They have a direct current resistance (DCR) of 0.1 ohms and a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 600 MHz, supporting a current rating of 1200 A DC. The dielectric withstanding voltage (DWV) is 300, with a tolerance of ±10%. These components use a leaded termination type with a Sn63Pb37 finish and a ferrite core, and they are not shielded. They can operate in temperatures ranging from -55°C to +105°C, have a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 1, and are packaged in tape and reel (T&R) format. Additionally, they are fungal inert, ensuring durability and reliability in various environments.
