Gowanda’s 10M150M Molded Unshielded RF Coils are high-quality electronic components designed for reliable performance in various applications. These coils weigh 0.3 grams and have dimensions of 6.35 × 2.413 × 2.413 mm. They belong to the 10M series and are mounted using Through-Hole Technology (THT). Classified under Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) application grade, they offer an inductance of 0.15 µH with a minimum Q factor of 38 at a test frequency of 25 MHz. The coils have a DC resistance of 0.1 ohms and a self-resonant frequency of 600 MHz, supporting a current rating of 1200 A DC. They feature a dielectric withstanding voltage of 300, a tolerance of ±20%, and use a lead-based termination type with a Sn63Pb37 finish. Constructed with a ferrite core, these coils are not shielded and operate within a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. They have a moisture sensitivity level of 1, are packaged in tape and reel (T&R), and are fungal inert.
