Gowanda’s 10M300K series offers high-quality Molded Unshielded RF Coils designed for reliable performance in various applications. These components weigh 0.3 grams and have compact dimensions of 6.35 × 2.413 × 2.413 mm, making them suitable for space-constrained environments. With a Through-Hole Technology (THT) mounting type, they cater to Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) application grades. The inductance is rated at 0.3 µH with a minimum Q factor of 30, tested at a frequency of 25 MHz. The coils feature a Direct Current Resistance (DCR) of 0.19 Ω and a Self-Resonant Frequency (SRF) of 420 MHz, supporting a current rating of 876 A DC. They are built with a powdered iron core and have a dielectric withstanding voltage (DWV) of 300, with a tolerance of ±10%. The termination type is lead-based with a Sn63Pb37 finish, and they are designed to operate within a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. These components are moisture sensitivity level (MSL) 1, packaged in tape and reel (T&R), and are fungal inert, ensuring durability and reliability in demanding environments.
