Gowanda’s 10M360M Molded Unshielded RF Coils are designed for high performance in various applications, featuring a compact size of 6.35 × 2.413 × 2.413 mm and a weight of 0.3 g. These coils are part of the 10M series and are mounted using Through-Hole Technology (THT), suitable for Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications. With an inductance of 0.36 µH and a minimum Q factor of 30, they operate efficiently at a test frequency of 25 MHz. The coils have a DC resistance of 0.26 Ω and a self-resonant frequency of 385 MHz, supporting a current rating of 749 A DC. They are built with a phenolic core and have a dielectric withstanding voltage of 300, with a tolerance of ±20%. The termination type is lead-based with a Sn63Pb37 finish, and they are not shielded. These components are reliable across a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C, have a moisture sensitivity level of 1, and are packaged in tape and reel format. Additionally, they are fungal inert, ensuring durability in various environments.
