Gowanda’s 15M512K Molded Unshielded RF Coils are designed for high-performance applications, featuring a compact size with dimensions of 9.525 × 3.962 × 3.962 mm and a weight of 0.65 g. These coils are part of the 15M series and are suitable for through-hole technology (THT) mounting. They are classified as Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) grade, offering an inductance of 51 µH with a minimum Q factor of 55 at a test frequency of 2.5 MHz. The coils have a direct current resistance (DCR) of 2.85 Ω and a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 12.7 MHz, with a current rating of 0.167 A DC. They are capable of withstanding a dielectric withstanding voltage (DWV) of 1000 volts and have a tolerance of ±10%. The termination type is lead-based (Pb) with a Sn63Pb37 finish, and the core is made of powdered iron. These coils are not shielded and operate efficiently within a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. They have a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 1, are packaged in tape and reel (T&R), and are fungal inert, ensuring reliability in various environments.
