21M101M

Gowanda’s 21M101M Molded Unshielded RF Coils are high-quality electronic components designed for reliable performance in various applications. These coils weigh 1.7 grams and have dimensions of 14.224 × 5.588 × 5.588 mm, making them compact yet efficient. Part of the 21M series, they feature through-hole technology (THT) mounting and are suitable for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications. With an inductance of 1 µH and a minimum Q factor of 65 at a test frequency of 25 MHz, these coils offer excellent electrical characteristics. They have a direct current resistance (DCR) of 0.14 Ω, a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 200 MHz, and a current rating of 1.29 A DC. The dielectric withstanding voltage (DWV) is rated at 1000, 200, with a tolerance of ±20%. The coils feature leaded (Pb) terminations with a Sn63Pb37 finish and are constructed with a phenolic core. They are not shielded but are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -55°C to +125°C. With a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 1, these coils are packaged in tape and reel (T&R) format and are fungal inert, ensuring durability and reliability in demanding environments.
