Gowanda’s 21M182G is a high-quality, reliable molded unshielded RF coil designed for COTS applications. Weighing 1.7 grams and measuring 14.224 × 5.588 × 5.588 mm, this component is part of the 21M series and features through-hole technology (THT) for mounting. It offers an inductance of 18 µH with a minimum Q factor of 50, tested at a frequency of 2.5 MHz. The coil has a DC resistance of 0.7 ohms and a self-resonant frequency of 28 MHz, with a current rating of 0.38 A DC. It is capable of withstanding dielectric withstanding voltages of 1000 and 200 volts. The component has a tolerance of ±2% and uses a Pb termination type with a Sn63Pb37 finish. Constructed with a powdered iron core, it is not shielded and operates within a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. It is rated at moisture sensitivity level 1 and is packaged in tape and reel, with the added benefit of being fungal inert.
