Gowanda’s 8M150M Molded Unshielded RF Coils are high-quality electronic components designed for reliable performance in various applications. Weighing just 0.25 grams and measuring 5.08 × 1.98 × 1.98 mm, these coils are part of the 8M Series and feature a Through-Hole Technology (THT) mounting type. They are suitable for Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications, offering an inductance of 0.15 µH with a minimum Q factor of 35 at a test frequency of 25 MHz. The coils have a DC resistance of 0.18 ohms, a self-resonant frequency of 560 MHz, and a current rating of 0.76 A DC. With a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000, 200, they maintain a tolerance of ±20% and use a lead-based termination type with a Sn63Pb37 finish. Constructed with a phenolic core, these unshielded coils operate effectively in temperatures ranging from -55°C to +125°C, have a moisture sensitivity level of 1, and are packaged in tape and reel format. Additionally, they are fungal inert, ensuring durability and reliability in demanding environments.
