Gowanda’s MLP24-822L is a high-performance axial-leaded molded unshielded high current inductor, designed for demanding applications requiring reliability and precision. Weighing 2.5 grams and measuring 18.8 × 6.1 × 6.1 mm, this inductor is part of the MLP24 series and features through-hole technology (THT) for mounting. It is qualified for QPL application grade, offering an inductance of 82 µH with a direct current resistance (DCR) of 0.152 Ω and a current rating of 1.53 A DC. The inductor can handle an incremental current of 0.71 A DC and withstands dielectric withstanding voltages (DWV) of 1000 and 500. With a tolerance of ±15%, it is classified at product level M and uses lead (Pb) termination with a Sn63Pb37 finish. The core is made of ferrite, and it operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -55°C to +130°C. It is rated at moisture sensitivity level (MSL) 1 and is packaged in tape and reel (T&R) format, ensuring ease of handling and installation. Additionally, the product is fungal inert, enhancing its suitability for various environments.
