Gowanda’s MLRF0603-012KS is a high-quality, reliable ceramic chip inductor, part of the MLRF0603 series, designed for surface mount technology (SMT) applications. This M83446/36 qualified component is lightweight at 0.008 g and compact with dimensions of 1.8 × 1.19 × 1.02 mm. It features an inductance of 0.012 µH, a direct current resistance (DCR) of 0.16 Ω, and a current rating of 0.735 A DC. The inductor operates at a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 4000 MHz and is tested at a frequency of 250 MHz with a minimum Q factor of 35. It has a dielectric withstanding voltage (DWV) of 200, 80 and a tolerance of ±10%. The product is rated at level M and uses a Pb termination type with a Sn63Pb37 finish. It is built with a ceramic core, is not shielded, and can operate in temperatures ranging from -55°C to +125°C. The moisture sensitivity level (MSL) is 1, and it is available in tape and reel (T&R) packaging.
