Gowanda’s MLRF0805-100K is a high-quality, reliable ceramic chip inductor, part of the MLRF0805 series, and is M83446/37 qualified. This surface-mount technology (SMT) component is designed for QPL application grades, offering an inductance of 0.1 µH with a direct current resistance (DCR) of 0.46 Ω and a current rating of 0.49 A DC. It features a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 1250 MHz and is tested at frequencies of 100 and 250 MHz, with a minimum Q factor of 55. The inductor is RoHS compliant with gold termination finish and operates within a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. It is packaged in tape and reel (T&R) format, ensuring ease of handling and integration into electronic assemblies.
