SM3-120JLF

Gowanda’s SM3-120JLF is a molded unshielded temperature stable inductor, designed for high reliability in electronic applications. Weighing just 0.05 grams, it features compact dimensions of 2.98 × 2.29 × 2.18 mm and is part of the SM3 series. This surface-mount technology (SMT) component is suitable for COTS+ application grades, offering an inductance of 0.12 µH with a direct current resistance (DCR) of 0.08 Ω and a current rating of 1.609 A DC. It operates efficiently across a frequency range, with a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 686 MHz and a test frequency of 10 MHz. The inductor maintains performance within a tolerance of ±5% and is RoHS compliant with Sn100 termination finish. Constructed with a powdered iron core, it is designed to function in extreme temperatures from -55°C to +125°C and is rated at moisture sensitivity level (MSL) 1. Packaged in tape and reel (T&R) format, it is also fungal inert, ensuring durability and reliability in various environments.
