SM3-120M

Gowanda’s SM3-120M is a molded unshielded temperature stable inductor designed for high reliability in electronic applications. Weighing just 0.05 grams, it features compact dimensions of 2.98 × 2.29 × 2.18 mm and is part of the SM3 series. This surface-mount technology (SMT) component is suitable for COTS+ application grades, offering an inductance of 0.12 µH with a direct current resistance (DCR) of 0.08 Ω and a current rating of 1.609 A DC. It operates effectively across a frequency range, with a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 686 MHz and a test frequency of 10 MHz. The inductor is built with a powdered iron core and has a tolerance of ±20%. It is lead-terminated with a Sn63Pb37 finish and is capable of functioning in temperatures ranging from -55°C to +125°C. With a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 1, it is packaged in tape and reel (T&R) format and is fungal inert, ensuring durability and reliability in various environments.
