SM3-121M

Gowanda’s SM3-121M is a molded unshielded temperature stable inductor, designed for high reliability in electronic applications. With a compact size of 2.98 × 2.29 × 2.18 mm and weighing just 0.05 g, it is ideal for space-constrained environments. This inductor belongs to the SM3 series and features a surface mount technology (SMT) mounting type, making it suitable for COTS+ application grades. It offers an inductance of 1.2 µH with a direct current resistance (DCR) of 0.4 Ω and a current rating of 0.72 A DC. The self-resonant frequency (SRF) is 90 MHz, tested at a frequency of 4 MHz, with a tolerance of ±20%. The SM3-121M uses a powdered iron core and has a termination type of Pb with a Sn63Pb37 finish. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, has a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 1, and is packaged in tape and reel (T&R) format. Additionally, it is fungal inert, ensuring durability and reliability in various environments.
