Gowanda’s SM3-391M is a molded unshielded temperature stable inductor, designed for high reliability in electronic applications. Weighing just 0.05 grams, it features compact dimensions of 2.98 × 2.29 × 2.18 mm, making it suitable for space-constrained environments. Part of the SM3 series, this surface-mount technology (SMT) component is graded COTS+ for commercial off-the-shelf applications. It offers an inductance of 3.9 µH, a direct current resistance (DCR) of 1.5 Ω, and a current rating of 0.372 A DC. With a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 47 MHz and tested at 4 MHz, it maintains a tolerance of ±20%. The inductor uses a powdered iron core and features lead-based (Pb) terminations with a Sn63Pb37 finish.
