SM3-680K

Gowanda’s SM3-680K is a molded unshielded temperature stable inductor, designed for high reliability in electronic applications. Weighing just 0.05 grams, it features compact dimensions of 2.98 × 2.29 × 2.18 mm, making it suitable for space-constrained environments. Part of the SM3 series, this surface-mount technology (SMT) component is graded COTS+ for commercial off-the-shelf applications. It offers an inductance of 0.68 µH, a direct current resistance (DCR) of 0.3 Ω, and a current rating of 0.831 A DC. With a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 150 MHz and tested at 10 MHz, it maintains a tolerance of ±10%. The inductor uses a powdered iron core and is not shielded, operating efficiently within a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. It has a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 1 and is packaged in tape and reel (T&R) format. The termination type is Pb with a Sn63Pb37 finish, and it is fungal inert, ensuring durability and reliability in various environments.
