SMRF1010-012MS

Gowanda’s SMRF1010-012MS is a surface mount epoxy coated chip inductor designed for high reliability in demanding applications. As part of the COTS M83446/04 series, it features a compact size with dimensions of 2.28 × 2.28 × 2.16 mm and a weight of just 0.05 g. This inductor is suitable for SMT mounting and is graded COTS+ for application use. It offers an inductance of 0.012 µH, a DCR of 0.069 Ω, and a current rating of 1.19 A DC. With an SRF of 2450 MHz and a test frequency of 50 MHz, it ensures high performance with a Q MIN of 57. The device can withstand a dielectric withstanding voltage of 500, 80 and operates within a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. It features Pb, RoHS compliant terminations with a SnPb finish and a phenolic core, though it is not shielded. The inductor is rated at MSL 1 and is available in tape and reel packaging.
