Gowanda’s SMRF1010-100J is a surface mount epoxy coated chip inductor designed for high reliability in demanding applications. As part of the SMRF1010 series, this component features a compact size with dimensions of 2.28 × 2.28 × 2.16 mm and a weight of just 0.05 g. It is suitable for COTS+ application grades, offering an inductance of 0.1 µH with a tolerance of ±5%. The inductor has a DCR of 0.23 Ω and a current rating of 0.65 A DC, with a self-resonant frequency of 830 MHz and a test frequency of 50 MHz. It boasts a minimum Q factor of 32 and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 500, 80. The component is RoHS compliant with gold termination finish and is constructed with a phenolic core.
