Gowanda’s SMRF1010-151M is a surface mount epoxy coated chip inductor designed for high reliability in demanding applications. As part of the SMRF1010 series, this component features a compact size with dimensions of 2.28 × 2.28 × 2.16 mm and weighs just 0.05 g. It is suitable for COTS+ application grades, offering an inductance of 1.5 µH with a DCR of 0.84 Ω and a current rating of 0.34 A DC. The inductor operates effectively within a frequency range, boasting an SRF of 115 MHz and a test frequency of 7.9 MHz, with a Q MIN of 22. It is designed to withstand a DWV of 500, 80 and operates across a wide temperature range from -55°C to +125°C.
