Gowanda’s SMRF1010-271K is a surface mount epoxy coated chip inductor designed for high reliability in demanding applications. This COTS M83446/04 component weighs 0.05 grams and measures 2.28 × 2.28 × 2.16 mm, making it compact yet efficient. It features a 2.7 µH inductance with a DCR of 1.15 Ω and a current rating of 0.29 A DC. The inductor operates at a self-resonant frequency of 77 MHz and is tested at 7.9 MHz with a minimum Q factor of 22. It has a dielectric withstanding voltage of 500, 80 and a tolerance of ±10%. The termination is RoHS compliant with an Au finish, and it uses a phenolic core. This non-shielded inductor is suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -55°C to +125°C, with a moisture sensitivity level of 1, and is available in tape and reel packaging.
