SMRF1010-390KS

Gowanda’s SMRF1010-390KS is a surface mount epoxy coated chip inductor designed for high reliability in demanding applications. As part of the SMRF1010 series, this component features a compact size with dimensions of 2.28 × 2.28 × 2.16 mm and a weight of just 0.05 g. It is suitable for COTS+ application grade, offering an inductance of 0.39 µH, a DCR of 0.24 Ω, and a current rating of 0.635 A DC. The inductor operates effectively within a frequency range, with an SRF of 235 MHz and a test frequency of 22 MHz, ensuring a Q MIN of 25. It is built to withstand a DWV of 500, 80 and maintains performance across a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C. The component is RoHS compliant with a SnPb termination finish and a phenolic core, and it is packaged in tape and reel for ease of use in automated assembly processes.
