Gowanda’s SMRF1210S-150K is a molded shielded inductor designed for high reliability and performance in electronic applications. Weighing just 0.05 grams and measuring 3 × 2.16 × 2.06 mm, this inductor is part of the SMRF1210S series and features surface mount technology (SMT) for easy integration. It is suitable for COTS+ grade applications, offering an inductance of 0.15 µH with a direct current resistance (DCR) of 0.2 Ω and a current rating of 0.979 A DC. The inductor operates effectively up to a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 330 MHz, with a minimum Q factor of 40 at a test frequency of 25 MHz. It has a tolerance of ±10% and uses a powdered iron core. The termination type is lead-based with a Sn63Pb37 finish, and it is capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -55°C to +125°C. With a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 1, it is packaged in tape and reel (T&R) format and is fungal inert, ensuring durability and reliability in various environments.
