Gowanda’s SMRF1512-015K is an unshielded epoxy-coated chip inductor designed for high reliability in demanding applications. As part of the COTS M83446/10 series, it features a compact size with dimensions of 3.94 × 3.175 × 3.56 mm and a weight of just 0.12 grams. This surface-mount technology (SMT) component is ideal for COTS+ grade applications, offering an inductance of 0.015 µH, a direct current resistance (DCR) of 0.04 ohms, and a current rating of 1 A DC. It operates efficiently with a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 1500 MHz and a test frequency of 150 MHz, ensuring a minimum quality factor (Q MIN) of 75. The inductor is RoHS compliant with gold termination finish and is constructed with a powdered iron core. It is designed to perform reliably across a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, with a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 1, and is available in tape and reel (T&R) packaging for ease of use in automated assembly processes.
