Gowanda’s SMRF1812-222MLF is a molded unshielded inductor designed for high reliability in demanding applications. This component, part of the SMRF1812 series, features a compact size with dimensions of 4.064 × 3 × 2.9 mm and a weight of 0.15 g, making it suitable for surface mount technology (SMT). It is crafted for COTS+ application grade, offering an inductance of 22 µH with a direct current resistance (DCR) of 3.2 Ω and a current rating of 0.25 A DC. The inductor operates efficiently across a frequency range, with a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 13 MHz and a test frequency of 2.5 MHz, maintaining a minimum Q factor of 50. It is RoHS compliant with Sn100 termination finish and is built with a ferrite core. The component is designed to withstand extreme temperatures from -55°C to +125°C and is packaged in tape and reel (T&R) format, ensuring ease of handling and assembly.
