Gowanda’s SMRF3013-150M is a molded unshielded inductor designed for high reliability in demanding applications. As part of the COTS M83446/32 and M83446/33 series, it features a compact size with dimensions of 7.62 × 2.79 × 3.18 mm and a weight of just 0.2 grams. This surface-mount technology (SMT) component is suitable for COTS+ application grades, offering an inductance of 0.15 µH, a DCR of 0.1 Ω, and a current rating of 1.422 A DC.
