Gowanda’s SMRF3013-202K is a high-quality molded unshielded inductor designed for COTS applications, specifically M83446/32 and M83446/33. This component is lightweight at 0.2 grams and compact with dimensions of 7.62 × 2.79 × 3.18 mm, making it suitable for space-constrained designs. It features a surface-mount technology (SMT) mounting type and offers an inductance of 20 µH with a direct current resistance (DCR) of 3.2 Ω. The inductor supports a current rating of 0.251 A DC and a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 27.5 MHz, tested at a frequency of 2.5 MHz. With a minimum Q factor of 50 and a tolerance of ±10%, it ensures reliable performance. The termination type is Pb with a Sn63Pb37 finish, and it utilizes a powdered iron core.
