Gowanda’s SMRF3013-362M is a high-quality, reliable molded unshielded inductor designed for demanding applications. As part of the COTS M83446/32 and M83446/33 series, it features a compact size with dimensions of 7.62 × 2.79 × 3.18 mm and a lightweight design at just 0.2 grams. This surface-mount technology (SMT) component is ideal for COTS+ application grades, offering an inductance of 36 µH and a direct current resistance (DCR) of 3.5 Ω. It supports a current rating of 0.24 A DC and a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 23 MHz, tested at a frequency of 2.5 MHz with a minimum Q factor of 45. The inductor has a tolerance of ±20% and utilizes a ferrite core with a lead-based termination type finished with Sn63Pb37. It operates efficiently across a wide temperature range from -55°C to +125°C, with a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 1, and is packaged in tape and reel (T&R) format.
