Gowanda’s SMT1803-222M is a high efficiency, low profile toroidal inductor designed for demanding applications. Weighing just 1.5 grams and measuring 7.9 × 5.21 × 2.03 mm, this component is part of the SMT1803 series and features surface mount technology (SMT) for easy integration. It is classified as COTS+ grade, ensuring reliability in commercial off-the-shelf applications. With an inductance of 22 µH, a direct current resistance (DCR) of 0.384 Ω, and a current rating of 0.67 A DC, it is suitable for various electronic circuits. The inductor can handle a saturation current (I SAT) of 0.97 A DC and has a tolerance of ±20%. It uses a ferrite core and is not shielded, operating efficiently within a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
