Gowanda’s MLRF1010-150K is a high-quality, reliable epoxy-coated chip inductor that is M83446/4 qualified, making it suitable for demanding applications. This surface-mount technology (SMT) component is part of the MLRF1010 series and is designed for QPL application grades. It features an inductance of 0.15 µH, a direct current resistance (DCR) of 0.175 Ω, and a current rating of 0.745 A DC. The inductor operates at a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 650 MHz and is tested at 25 MHz with a minimum Q factor of 25. It has a dielectric withstanding voltage (DWV) of 200, 80 and a tolerance of ±10%. The product level is M, with RoHS-compliant gold termination finish and a ferrite core. It is not shielded and operates within a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The moisture sensitivity level (MSL) is 1, and it is available in tape and reel (T&R) packaging.
