Gowanda’s SMRF1010-012JS is a surface mount epoxy coated chip inductor designed for high reliability in demanding applications. This component, part of the SMRF1010 series, features a compact size with dimensions of 2.28 × 2.28 × 2.16 mm and weighs just 0.05 g. It is suitable for COTS+ application grades and offers an inductance of 0.012 µH with a DCR of 0.069 Ω. The inductor supports a current rating of 1.19 A DC and has a self-resonant frequency of 2450 MHz. It is tested at a frequency of 50 MHz and has a minimum Q factor of 57. The device is built to withstand a dielectric withstanding voltage of 500, 80 and operates within a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. It features Pb, RoHS compliant terminations with a SnPb finish and is packaged in tape and reel format, ensuring ease of use in automated assembly processes.
