SMRF1010-180MS

Gowanda’s SMRF1010-180MS is a surface mount epoxy coated chip inductor designed for high reliability in demanding applications. As part of the COTS M83446/04 series, it features a compact size with dimensions of 2.28 × 2.28 × 2.16 mm and a weight of just 0.05 g. This inductor is suitable for SMT mounting and is crafted for COTS+ application grade, offering an inductance of 0.18 µH with a DCR of 0.2 Ω and a current rating of 0.695 A DC. It operates effectively within a frequency range, with an SRF of 550 MHz and a test frequency of 25 MHz, maintaining a Q MIN of 25. The device is designed to withstand a DWV of 500, 80, and operates across a wide temperature range from -55°C to +125°C. With a tolerance of ±20%, it features Pb, RoHS compliant terminations with a SnPb finish and a phenolic core. The inductor is not shielded, has an MSL of 1, and is available in tape and reel packaging.
