Gowanda’s SMRF1010-222J is a surface mount epoxy coated chip inductor designed for high reliability applications, conforming to COTS M83446/04 standards. Weighing just 0.05 grams and measuring 2.28 × 2.28 × 2.16 mm, this inductor is part of the SMRF1010 series and is suitable for SMT mounting. It features an inductance of 22 µH, a DCR of 6.4 Ω, and a current rating of 0.125 A DC. With a self-resonant frequency of 25 MHz and a test frequency of 2.5 MHz, it offers a Q factor of at least 25. The device is rated for a dielectric withstanding voltage of 500, 80 and has a tolerance of ±5%.
