Gowanda’s SMRF1010-470MS is a surface mount epoxy coated chip inductor designed for high reliability applications, adhering to COTS M83446/04 standards. Weighing just 0.05 grams and measuring 2.28 × 2.28 × 2.16 mm, this inductor is part of the SMRF1010 series and is suitable for SMT mounting. It features an inductance of 0.47 µH, a DCR of 0.26 Ω, and a current rating of 0.61 A DC. With an SRF of 215 MHz and a test frequency of 22 MHz, it offers a Q MIN of 25. The device is capable of withstanding a dielectric withstanding voltage (DWV) of 500, 80, and operates within a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. It has a tolerance of ±20% and uses Pb, RoHS compliant terminations with a SnPb finish. The core is made of phenolic material, and the inductor is not shielded. It is rated with a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 1 and is available in tape and reel packaging.
