Gowanda’s SMRF1010-015M is a surface mount epoxy coated chip inductor designed for high reliability in demanding applications. As part of the COTS M83446/04 series, it features a compact size with dimensions of 2.28 × 2.28 × 2.16 mm and a weight of just 0.05 g. This inductor is suitable for SMT mounting and is crafted for COTS+ application grade, ensuring superior performance. It offers an inductance of 0.015 µH, a DCR of 0.078 Ω, and a current rating of 1.11 A DC. With a self-resonant frequency of 2200 MHz and a test frequency of 50 MHz, it maintains a minimum Q factor of 55. The device is rated for a dielectric withstanding voltage of 500, 80 and operates within a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
