Gowanda’s SMRF1512-390K is an unshielded epoxy-coated chip inductor designed for high reliability in demanding applications. This component, part of the SMRF1512 series, features a compact size with dimensions of 3.94 × 3.175 × 3.56 mm and a weight of 0.12 g, making it suitable for surface mount technology (SMT). It is crafted for COTS+ application grade, offering an inductance of 0.39 µH with a DCR of 0.1 Ω and a current rating of 0.7 A DC. The inductor operates efficiently across a frequency range, with a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 220 MHz and a test frequency of 50 MHz, maintaining a Q factor of at least 70. It is RoHS compliant with gold termination finish and is built with a powdered iron core.
