Gowanda’s SMRF1512-470M is an unshielded epoxy-coated chip inductor designed for high reliability in electronic applications. As part of the COTS M83446/10 series, it features a compact size with dimensions of 3.94 × 3.175 × 3.56 mm and a weight of 0.12 g. This surface-mount technology (SMT) component is suitable for COTS+ application grades, offering an inductance of 0.47 µH with a direct current resistance (DCR) of 0.14 Ω and a current rating of 0.59 A DC. It operates effectively within a frequency range, with a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 190 MHz and a test frequency of 25 MHz, ensuring a minimum Q factor of 70. The inductor is RoHS compliant with gold termination finish and is built with a powdered iron core.
