Gowanda’s SMRF1812S-122KLF is a molded shielded inductor designed for high reliability and performance in electronic applications. Weighing just 0.15 grams and measuring 4.2 × 3 × 2.9 mm, this inductor is part of the SMRF1812S series and is suitable for surface mount technology (SMT) applications. It features a 12 µH inductance with a direct current resistance (DCR) of 0.585 ohms and a current rating of 0.584 A DC. The inductor can handle a saturation current of 0.306 A DC and has a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 20 MHz, tested at 2.5 MHz with a minimum Q factor of 50. It offers a tolerance of ±10% and is RoHS compliant with Sn100 termination finish. The core is made of ferrite and is shielded, ensuring optimal performance across a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. With a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 1 and packaged in tape and reel (T&R), this component is also fungal inert, making it ideal for commercial off-the-shelf plus (COTS+) grade applications.
