Gowanda’s SMRF1812S-150M is a molded shielded inductor designed for high reliability and performance in electronic applications. Weighing 0.15 grams and measuring 4.2 × 3 × 2.9 mm, this inductor is part of the SMRF1812S series and is suitable for surface mount technology (SMT). It features a COTS+ application grade with an inductance of 0.15 µH, a direct current resistance (DCR) of 0.06 Ω, and a current rating of 1.824 A DC. The saturation current is 1.8 A DC, and it has a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 390 MHz, tested at 25 MHz with a minimum Q factor of 50.
