Gowanda’s SMRF3013S-331M is a molded shielded inductor designed for high reliability in electronic applications. Weighing just 0.3 grams and measuring 7.62 × 2.79 × 3.18 mm, this inductor is part of the SMRF3013S series and is suitable for surface mount technology (SMT). It features a COTS+ application grade with an inductance of 3.3 µH, a direct current resistance (DCR) of 0.7 Ω, and both current and saturation current ratings of 0.38 A DC. The inductor operates effectively within a frequency range, with a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 80 MHz and a test frequency of 7.9 MHz, maintaining a minimum Q factor of 52. It offers a tolerance of ±20% and utilizes a Pb termination type with a Sn63Pb37 finish. Although not shielded, it is designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -55°C to +125°C and has a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 1, making it suitable for various demanding environments. The product is available in tape and reel (T&R) packaging for efficient handling and assembly.
