Gowanda’s SMRF5025S-100M is a molded shielded inductor designed for high reliability and performance in electronic applications. Weighing 0.95 grams and measuring 12.45 × 5.84 × 5.33 mm, this surface-mount technology (SMT) component is part of the SMRF5025S series and is suitable for COTS+ grade applications. It features an inductance of 0.1 µH, a direct current resistance (DCR) of 0.025 Ω, and both a current rating and saturation current of 3.9 A DC. With a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 450 MHz and a test frequency of 25 MHz, it offers a minimum Q factor of 45 and a tolerance of ±20%. The inductor is constructed with a phenolic core and is shielded, ensuring optimal performance within an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. It is terminated with Pb and finished with Sn63Pb37, packaged in tape and reel (T&R) format, and is rated MSL 1 for moisture sensitivity. Additionally, it is fungal inert, making it a reliable choice for various demanding environments.
