Gowanda’s SMRF1010-022JS is a surface mount epoxy coated chip inductor designed for high reliability in demanding applications. This component, part of the SMRF1010 series, features a compact size with dimensions of 2.28 × 2.28 × 2.16 mm and a weight of just 0.05 g. It is suitable for COTS+ application grades, offering an inductance of 0.022 µH with a tolerance of ±5%. The inductor supports a current rating of 0.95 A DC and a DCR of 0.108 Ω, with a self-resonant frequency of 1800 MHz and a minimum Q factor of 50 at a test frequency of 50 MHz. It is designed for surface mount technology (SMT) with a termination type of Pb, RoHS compliant, and a termination finish of SnPb. The core is made of phenolic material, and it operates effectively within a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The component is packaged in tape and reel (T&R) format and has a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 1, ensuring ease of handling and integration into various electronic systems.
